Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using MailAI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MailAI is an email management tool that connects to your email accounts via IMAP, processes incoming emails using AI, and provides summaries, classifications, and automated actions (archive, delete) based on rules you define.

3. Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service.

5. Email actions

The Service may automatically archive or delete emails based on AI classification and your rules. While we strive for accuracy, AI classifications may contain errors. You acknowledge that:

• Automated actions are performed at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for emails incorrectly archived or deleted.
• You should review AI classifications and adjust your rules accordingly.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Free accounts are limited to 300 emails per billing cycle.
• Paid subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat/Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds are handled according to the payment processor's policies.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of emails or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
